For many patients, the day doesn’t start productively. In fact, many times we are just trying to get our bodies going and survive the morning. This is what led us to add a section of our journal to track both your mental and physical wellness throughout the day. Making this habit will allow you to figure out what the best time of day is for YOU is.
We took time to look into some of the habits of the most successful people in the world and there was a similar thread between many of them that are standard practices, meditation. They spend 10 or more minutes every day to clear the head, relax their body, and most importantly gain the correct “headspace” balance with their lives
So what can we do to battle the fatigue and pain that we might experience any day? We have to fight back, but there are simple things we can do during the day that can make living with a chronic illness a little bit easier. While these five tips will likely not make a huge difference in your life the day which you need to fight, they can make the day a little more bearable.
